As showcased in combat sports, BJJ is one of the most effective martial arts there is. Also known as human chess or combat yoga, you'll learn to safely control and submit your opponents.

Kids' Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu teaches children self-defense, discipline, and physical fitness through grappling techniques and submission holds. Students will build their confidence, make themselves "bully-proof", and above all else, have fun.

All fights start standing up, and sometimes grappling is not the correct option. We teach a combination of Boxing, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and MMA techniques.
